I am looking for a software that can identify cells from a calcium imaging recording, in otherwords I’m looking to analyze my recordings after they are acquired. It looks like Scanbox will work forthis, but will I still need the circuit board to use the software?
Hi Julia… We do have some software for segmentation, but it is part of the Scanbox distribution. But the basic algorithm is described in one of the blogs.
