This is a really nice video! Do you know the pixel count of this image sequence and the frame rate (I’d imagine it was temporally down-sampled/averaged a bit)?
The size is ~1000 x 800 pixels. Cris Niell obtained these data and share the movie with us — so I don’t know about any other processing… but, just by eye, the SNR is typical of what we see with GCamp6f without any temporal smoothing at all.
